Return, refund and cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse your order should it be necessary. In the event of The Spotted Cow (Bristol) Ltd needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days. Once an order has been successfully transmitted to store, it is not possible to cancel the order.
